I see the future, and I must tell you, the view is good. No, I'm not a psychic. But after decade spent advising investors, I do know one key thing: In some way, shape or form, history tends to repeat itself. Here's what my crystal ball has to say:
The market is magnetic. There's always a constant inter-working of support and resistance levels that can give you a general sense of direction as to where the market's heading as long as you look to what it once did under the same circumstances. The trick is to learn how to read these sometimes-subtle signs and turn them into profitable investments. That, my friends, is where I've become an expert.
Don't believe me quite yet? All right then, let's set up a little experiment. I'll let you know exactly what my prediction is and then you can come back and force me to eat crow if it doesn't turn out so, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised once you realize I was right.
Now on to my prediction: As you all know, the S&P 500 hit a new low last Thursday just a few points above the 1326 level I previously predicted to my subscribers. I wouldn't be surprised if that 1326 low still doesn't sneak up on us in the near future, but here's where my prediction begins. As the Street moans and groans about how horribly volatile investing in the market can be right now, I foresee another, quieter crowd out there taking advantage of the doom-and-gloom group's predictions. These smart investors know what my subscribers know; now is a perfect opportunity to buy stocks (typically at an excellent discounted price). Once that ultimate low is upon us, I wouldn't be surprised if we don't immediately begin to see a fast and furious rally. In fact, if we see enough negativity persisting all the way up, this will be the rally that finally breaks through and sends us back up to our old highs of around 1555.
You heard it here first. I see a big 1555 high in our near future. It may not last long, but this rally is definitely on the way. Be sure to check back often for future glimpses into the market's future, as well as profitable suggestions of where is best to invest during these volatile days.
As always, take care!
